For the preparation of our bread and our pizzas we use only organic flour, yeast and let it rise naturally for 24/48 hours.

Always with an eye on raw materials, purchased at kilometer zero in the best Santarcangelo shops.
And over in the morning we are waiting for a hearty breakfast made by steaming pies, artisan brioche donuts biscuits and lots of other tasty treats always made us fresh every day.
